About

An invoicing tool designed for the Algerian auto-entrepreneur.

MyHissab exists for a simple reason: the auto-entrepreneur card opened an accessible status, but the paperwork that comes with it is still discouraging. We make it fast and safe.

Our mission

Let every auto-entrepreneur produce correct quotes and invoices in seconds, without accounting knowledge, and keep a clear view of their activity: what has been collected, what is pending, where they stand against the annual cap.

We are not trying to replace an accountant for companies that need one. We cover precisely the scope of the auto-entrepreneur status: one account, one activity, compliant documents.

What MyHissab does

  • Numbered, dated quotes and invoices with the amount in words in French or Arabic.
  • Legal mention of the auto-entrepreneur regime added automatically (law no. 22-23), with no VAT calculation.
  • Client records with optional legal identifiers (RC, NIF, NIS, AI) and document history.
  • Tracking of collections, expenses and the annual cap according to the ANAE domain.
  • A dedicated micro-import module: trips, stock and profit, within the limits of decree 25-170.
  • PDF export ready to send, in French, Arabic or English.

Who it is for

MyHissab is for holders of the auto-entrepreneur card issued by the ANAE, whatever their domain:

  • Consulting, expertise and training
  • Digital services and related activities
  • Personal services
  • Home-based services
  • Leisure and recreation services
  • Business services
  • Cultural, communication and audiovisual services
  • Micro-importation

The annual revenue cap is 5,000,000 DZD for services and 10,000,000 DZD for micro-import: the application tracks it for you and alerts you at 80% then 100%.

What we rely on

Every rule applied in the application refers to an official Algerian text:

  • Law no. 22-23 of 18 December 2022 establishing the auto-entrepreneur status and its flat-rate tax regime (single flat tax of 0.5% of revenue).
  • The activity nomenclature of the National Agency for Auto-Entrepreneurs (ANAE) and the associated revenue caps.
  • Executive decree no. 25-170 of 28 June 2025 regulating micro-import (1,800,000 DZD per trip, two trips per month).
  • Stamp code, article 100, as amended by article 46 of the 2025 Finance Law: stamp duty on cash payments above 300 DA (per 100 DA bracket: 1 DA up to 30,000 DA, 1.5 DA up to 100,000 DA, 2 DA above, on the whole amount; minimum 5 DA, no cap). Card, cheque and bank transfer payments are exempt.

When a text changes, we update the application and the guides and show the revision date. If you spot a discrepancy, write to us: we fix it quickly.

Who writes these guides

The guides are written by the MyHissab team, which builds and maintains the application every day and works alongside Algerian auto-entrepreneurs: developers, makers, micro-importers, trainers. Every guide starts from a real situation a user has faced.

Before publication, every figure and legal statement is checked against the official text behind it (law no. 22-23, ANAE texts, the Stamp Code, executive decree no. 25-170); the date of that check appears at the top of the guide. What we cannot verify, we do not write: the guide then points you to the ANAE or the tax administration.

A mistake, a rule that changed, a question left unanswered? Write to us from the contact page: we correct the guide and show the update date.
