Management
Managing an auto-entrepreneur business: turnover, ceiling, IFU, clients and expenses
Without accounting software, an auto-entrepreneur still needs to know how much they have collected, where they stand against the ceiling, and what they will owe under the flat-rate tax. MyHissab's dashboard answers these three questions at all times.
What you track
-
Collected turnover
Month by month and for the year, based on payments actually recorded, with the amount still outstanding.
-
Annual ceiling
A gauge based on your ANAE category (5 or 10 million dinars), with alerts at 80% and then 100%.
-
Estimated flat-rate tax
0.5% IFU on collected turnover, plus an annual PDF summary to help prepare your tax declaration.
-
Clients
Records with optional legal identifiers, quote and invoice history, and a client portal to view their documents.
-
Expenses
Log your purchases and costs to know your real earnings; they do not reduce the IFU but they matter to you.
-
Administrative documents
Print cheques, CCP deposit slips and transfer orders from your registered bank accounts.
-
Micro-import
Trips, currency conversion, cost price, stock and profit realised, within the limits of Decree 25-170.
-
Backup
Full export of your data at any time, protected by your password.
Why track your business every month
- The turnover ceiling determines whether the status is kept: better to see it coming in September than in December.
- The flat-rate tax is calculated on turnover: a counter kept up to date avoids surprises.
- Unpaid invoices are not income: separating invoiced from collected protects your cash flow.

Frequently asked questions
- Does MyHissab replace an accountant?
- For the auto-entrepreneur status, whose tax is flat-rate, the app covers the tracking you need. For a business with a trade register, an accountant is still advisable.
- Do expenses reduce the tax?
- No: the IFU is calculated on gross turnover. Expenses are there to help you know your real earnings.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes, a full backup (data and documents) can be downloaded from the settings.
- Can my clients see their documents?
- If you grant them access, a portal lets them view the quotes and invoices that concern them.
