These terms govern the use of the MyHissab application and the subscription to the Pro plan. They are accepted when the account is created.

1. Purpose of the service
MyHissab is an online quoting, invoicing and activity-tracking software for auto-entrepreneurs registered in Algeria. It provides templates that comply with the mandatory mentions in force, without replacing accounting or legal advice.
2. User account
Creating an account requires accurate information (identity, auto-entrepreneur card number, NIF). The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for the actions performed from their account.
An account may be suspended in the event of fraudulent use, attempts to breach the security of the service or non-payment of a subscription.
3. Plans and prices
Every feature is open to every account, with no volume limit. The Free plan shows ads inside the application. The Pro plan, billed monthly at the price displayed on the Pricing page in Algerian dinars, all taxes included, removes every ad.
The publisher may change its prices; the new price applies at the next renewal, after informing the user.
4. Payment
The Pro plan is paid online by CIB or Edahabia card through the SofizPay provider, or by bank transfer or CCP according to the instructions shown in the application. A subscription invoice is issued for every payment.
Withdrawal period and refund terms: [To be completed by the publisher].
5. Duration and cancellation
The Pro subscription covers a monthly period. It can be stopped at any time from the Subscription area; Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the Free plan.
The user can delete their account from their profile. Retention of documents after deletion: [To be completed by the publisher].
6. User obligations
The user remains solely responsible for the content of their documents, their tax compliance, the declaration of their turnover and the information they collect about their own clients.
7. Personal data
The processing of the user’s data and of their clients’ data is described in the privacy policy. MyHissab acts as a processor for client data entered by the user.
8. Liability and availability
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service and the backup of data, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for non-compliant use of the service.
